Charley Leonard
Partner / Operations
Charley has been part of the team for over a decade. Starting off, she organized paperwork but has grown extensively within the company. She now oversees operations for many of our customers. Charley works on much of the scheduling and support of installations, from preplanning jobs to closing out and invoicing customers.
Charley has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Management which has contributed to her success in this company. She uses her expertise in communication, finance, marketing, and human resource management to assist the team. She also has a Master’s degree from Boston University in Health Policy and Law and uses those skills to further the success of the company.
In addition to the administrative role she plays, Charley has an extensive amount of experience in the field as an installer. She has completed jobs across the country and led teams on some of our largest projects. Charley’s expertise has proven her to be an invaluable asset to the team, so much so that now she is a partner in the corporation.
