Kyle has been working in Information Technology for over 20 years. He has A.A.S degrees in Information Technology and Digital Forensics/Network Security.
Kyle started his career as a Help Desk support technician working his way to IT Management. Along the way, he worked in desktop support, field services, and as an IT lead. During this time, he worked on projects of all sizes with companies in retail, manufacturing, healthcare and government. Some of these companies included Microsoft, Boeing, T-Mobile, and AT&T. That work included standard break fix, IT Migrations, security system installations, server/network room configuration, large scale copier/scanner installations, end user training, and technician training.
